I would consider Taste Of Himalayas food about the best in the suburbs. I have been to Gaylord's in SCH which is quite pricey and two others as well. I would have to say this is the best for the price and experience. It is a smaller restaurants, but the Nan was excellent, the lamb curry, Tandoori mixed grill and beer/wine selection excellent.

We live in St. Charles, and drove by and discovered it! Since my husband is British he was always missing REAL AUTHENTIC INDIAN food! Unless we were in Chicago, it could not be found in the Tri-City area until now! The food and service are superb! The owner knows us and greets us every time we go and makes sure we are well accommodated. Highly recommend!!!

Wow, what a great meal! Atmosphere was much nicer than expected from the outside appearance. Service was outstanding and the food was absolutely excellent. Tremendous menu with traditional and more creative dishes. Great value for gourmet level cuisine. Absolutely will go back and recommend to anyone who enjoys exotic food. A real find!
